Working on a quick non-objective piece. My arms hurt after I work on piece for a bit, it takes a lot of pressure to get heavy yarn through cotton fabric. This piece is on linen, which is a much looser weave. Wanted to see if it will help. Anyone else working on linen? Next you gotta cut your fabric to size, iron each piece, stretch it in the hoop and finally trim with pinking shears to keep from fraying. Since I don't like this part, I did a bunch Soni wouldn't have to do it again for a while!

14" Hoop Finished this piece last night. I am happy again with how the figure incorporated into the composition, not as thrilled with the fringe at the bottom, but I was dying to try it as I see a lot of weavers use fringe. I think I prefer my fluff in the circle, what do you think?

Also, went a little back to the sampler style this time with different shapes, but it feels too busy again so I need to find a happy medium between the last one and this one!
